I have decided to begin to slowly cut out all the high fructose corn syrup from the families diet...Especially since 2 out of 3 of my girls have Fibromyalgia. My oldest daughter who is now 21 was diagnosed with this terrible disorder her 9th grade year of high school and my middle daughter has had symptoms for 3 years but diagnosed about 1 year ago.  

I have a friend, I chat with on FB who also has Fibromyalgia and she suggested I try to cut out the HFCS so I thought it couldn't hurt!!.  I went to the grocery store today and read labels until my eyes balls were bulging.......I did find a few things that we will start implementing into our foods...

I think I am going to begin a list of foods that I find and also read about on other blogs/sites that have NO HFCS...Reading the back of these labels honestly is like a foreign language, some of this stuff have like 15 letters in one word...geshhhh  If anyone else wants to chime in and help that would be great!  I am new to this and I am hoping and praying this will help relieve some of their everyday pain.

Here is a juice I found that has NO HFCS..I recommend to always read the labels...
