WHEN YOU WISH YOU COULD TAKE BACK WHAT YOUR SAID.. funny story

Wow...Yesterday was a rough day...at work! I work in a medical office front desk and back office and having NO computers for almost 2 days made a lot of make-up to do!  Finally, our computers came up and we were able to get working.  Working the front desk my co-worker decided she would put in all the charges from yesterday and I would make the calls to schedule their needed appts.  (6 months check ups) since we were unable to make their returning appts yesterday.

I was answering phones, calling patients from yesterday, and checking in/out patients from today it was quite crazyyyyyyy....

I called a patient and left a message on their answering machine to make their returning 6 month appt.
THE MESSAGE WENT LIKE THIS.......UGHHHHH

 "Hello, this is Melissa calling from the Dentist office, I have a note on your FART (should of said CHART)  to call and schedule your 6 months cleaning appt. since our computers were down yesterday, please call back to schedule your appt.... (I glanced at the other lady and omg her face was priceless and I smiled--but we were so indulged in what we were doing --trying to play catch up we didn't even think twice about what I said.......until after lunch)....

After lunch things began to slow down and I look at her and said, "Did you hear what I said this morning, I have a note on your FART...instead of CHART...Needless to say, for the rest of the afternoon we would just randomly start laughing....

To be honest---as I'm blogging this I can't stop laughing and my husband is looking at me like I'm a wack-a-doo.....

I can only imagine what those people are thinking as they were listening to my message....
