My daughter found this banana pudding recipe on Pinterest and decided to surprise us and needless to say it was delish....Great and easy for family get-to-gethers

TRY IT!

Ingredients:

• 1 large pkg instant vanilla pudding, (6 ounces)
• 2 1/2 cups cold milk
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk, (14 ounces)
• 1 container whipped topping, (16 ounces)
• sliced bananas
• vanilla wafer cookies

Mix pudding and milk; add condensed milk. Blend well; fold in half the whipped topping.

Alternate layers of pudding, bananas and vanilla wafers; top with remaining whipped topping and a few banana slices.

Refrigerate overnight before serving.

WELP...I was in a mixing mood and decided to make chocolate chip cookies and add some mint extract . When I only had a little dough left (enough to make 6 cookies) I added just a few drops of mint extract and I was pleasantly surprised. Mint is strong so be careful when adding
Here is the recipe I use for the Chocolate Chip Cookies LINK HERE.  I just love allrecipes.com
Original recipe makes 2 dozen

1/2 cup butter
 1/2 cup shortening
 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
 1/2 cup white sugar
 1 egg
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 1 teaspoon baking soda
 1/4 teaspoon salt
 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
 2 cups all-purpose flour

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, combine soften butter with shortening, sugar and brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 min. Note: I take them out of the oven before they start to turn dark! Do not double this recipe, or they don't bake soft. Can make this recipe for bars too. Spread dough into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake them at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 15-20 minutes.

HALLOWEEN BRIDE AND GROOM ZOMBIE..what ya think??

Dear hubby and I had a HALLOWEEN PARTY and he is NOT the dressing up type of guy--needless to say Halloween is my favorite HOLIDAY..YES.. HALLOWEEN is a holiday to ME..
He wanted nothing to do with the costumes so it was up to me. I decided I wanted us to be a zombie bride and groom.  I watched many makeup YouTube videos..and that help alot.  What would we do without YOUTUBE VIDEOS???

In the beginning before I blended the makeup my youngest daughter who is 14 came in and looked at the beginning stages and said "um Mom, it's OK if you don't do a good job your supposed to look weird" I thought seriously I just started and hadn't began blending the makeup yet!!! GESH....have some faith in MOMMA...  Needless to say I was very happy with the outcome of both our makeup and costumes.  Hubby was even impressed, we went to his work and NO ONE knew who we were--we had a blast!  I even WON most scariest.. The great part was my daughter went to a football game and we had to pick up across the street..Imagine that!! heheheh she was embarassed..

PINTEREST TRIED AND LIKED..DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD

Banana's and Chocolate MAKES A YUMMY BREAD....
I had some ripped bananas that I was gonna pitch and then I thought hummmmm lets check Pinterest and I found this recipe for DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD

I followed the directions as written (I used 4 bananas) and I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out.  I will definitely be making this again.  Give it a try you wont be disappointed...

RECIPE FROM: MONEY SAVING MOM

• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 stick butter, melted and cooled
• 3 ripe bananas, mashed well
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Stir the mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Carefully fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. Mix in the chocolate chips.

Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes until the bread has risen and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool and wrap in plastic wrap and foil or in a ziptop bag. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
