My daughter and I just began Zumba....Honestly, I LOVE IT....I just wish I could shake my booty like the instructor, its so much fun and I get to spend quality time with my TEENAGE daughter which is always a plus.
Here is a photo of me and my daughter...after our first Zumba class....

OMG we made it.....


We decided to purchase the Zumba for the WII.    BUT I only do the zumba WII when it's just me and the dogs.Even the dogs look at me funny...oh well.... I turned 40 last April and I'm heading towards 41 and I want to start working on eating better, exercising and being better at NOT PROCRASTINATING-Hope I spelled that right... My first step was to stop drinking soda..and I am here to report I have gone soda FREE for 1 month....woo hoo.... and instead of my normal 2-3 iced mochas a week..I ONLY do one a week and I treat myself to DUNKIN DONUTS....my choice is the Iced Carmel Latte with whip cream....

My next step is to add walking on the treadmill 2 times a week, for 30-45 minutes.I tried just looking at the treadmill and I didn't lose any weight or tighten a thing...But after 3 kids I am NOT into running...wink. wink... So I'll stick to walking and maybe throw in some sit-ups to help shape that Michelin Tire, around my waist....

Has anyone else tried ZUMBA!
