ARE YOU GETTING ENOUGH PROTEIN???

I have been vegetarian for over a year and at times I wonder if I am getting enough of the vitamins and minerals that I need.  There are some days I have a ton of energy and some I dragging my butt everywhere.  Here is a good reference on Protein I found on the Diabetes website.  Please feel free to share other websites you feel is a great resource.
