1/2 Cucumber sliced
3-4 Pieces of ginger root (quarter size)
2-3 Mint leaves
Add ice cubes and sit in the fridge overnight. I refill as needed for 48 hours..
This takes ordinary water that I really don't and turns it into a detox water.. LOVE THIS..
CINNAMON APPLE WATER
1 Red apple
1-2 cinnamon stick
